Alpine Pond Autumn Moods
Julia and I took a hike into the Alpine Lakes Wilderness Area in some of my favorite conditions, clouds and fog. Autumn is still hanging on, but there were signs that it is slowly making its exit with many leaves on the ground. The blueberries were perhaps at bit beyond their peak ripeness, but still well worth spending an hour picking!
