Falling into a Beautiful Dream

I just returned from three days at the Columbia Gorge (May 2023), and I must say that this year the conditions were evidently just perfect to bring out the full beauty of these flowers. The cool, then hot weather caused these flowers to burst upon the scene all of a sudden with the Balsam Root and Lupine blooming in synch which is so rare. And I was worried there would not be very good flowers this year-LOL!
